Blueberry and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avocado cut into chunks
  • 1 cup organic blueberries
  • ½ tsp maple syrup

Topping:

  • Dollop EcoEating Organic Coconut Kefir
  • 1 tsp Bee Pollen

Put it together:

In a bowl combine blueberries and avocado, pour in maple syrup and gentle stir to combine. Top with a dollop of Kefir and sprinkle with Bee pollen
